What we collect

When you place an order we collect the information you provide directly — name, email, shipping address, billing address, and the Research-Use-Only attestation you submit at checkout. Payment card data is processed by our payment partner and is not stored on our systems.

When you browse the site we collect basic technical information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and aggregate engagement signals — to operate and secure the site.

What we do with it

Fulfill and ship the order, including providing the shipping address to USPS / FedEx / UPS.
Process payment through our payment partner.
Retain your Research-Use-Only attestation against your account for the life of the account plus six years, as part of our compliance posture.
Maintain lot-traceability records so that if a recall is ever necessary we can identify and notify every customer who received a given lot.
Send order confirmation and shipping notification emails to the address you provide.

What we do not do

We do not sell customer data.
We do not provide medical advice. If you report an adverse event our reply directs you to a licensed medical provider.
We do not offer subscriptions or auto-refill.
